Chairperson

As the Chairperson I am responsible for the associations activities and the members of the board. My duties include: leading the meetings, making the agendas with the Vice-Chairperson, signing contracts and other papers, keeping contact with TROL and other student associations, taking care of trusteeship matters and representing our association in various events.

Vice-chairperson

Miia Ruuskanen

As the Vice-Chairperson my job is to support and, if needed, cover for the Chairperson. Together with the Chairperson, I make the agendas and make sure that the affairs of the associations are in good condition. I also have the rights to sign papers and the access to the bank account.

Secretary

As the Secretary I write down important matters into the Minutes during the meetings. I also have the rights to sign papers. Outside the meetings I help other members of the board with their tasks.

Fund manager

Annemari Koivuniemi

As the Fund manager I am responsible for the associations finances meaning that I take care of the billing and payments of the board approved bills as well as archiving receipts. I also make sure that the budget is being followed through, do accounting and draft the budget and balance sheet.

Recreational activities correspondent

Pauliina Siimelä

As the Recreational activities correspondent, I plan and execute various type of events varying from poker tournaments to sitsit. My responsibility is event management from the beginning until the end which include planning of the program, theme and marketing as well as ticket sales and processing the feedback. There is a lot work so good time management, delegation and organising skills are required.

3MIOT- correspondent

As the 3MIOT correspondent my job is arranging 3MIOT parties together with eight other student associations’ correspondents. On top of that I plan programs for the parties and I am responsible for the ticket sales. If needed, I help the other board members with their duties.

Webmaster

As the Webmaster my job is to maintain the webpages. On top of that I work as the general IT support for the board.

Tutor-correspondent

Jenna Moisio

As the Tutor correspondent I take care of the BBA tutors including both day studies and multiform studies tutors. I help and guide them together with JAMKO’s tutor correspondents. When it comes to trusteeship matters, my job is to know the current student related issues which is also why I take part in JAMKO trusteeship evenings. I do a lot of cooperation with various people and I am the link in between the students, Konkurssi and JAMKO.

Company co-operation correspondent

As the Company co-operation correspondent, I work as the association’s voice to co-operation partners and other companies. I develop already existing membership benefits and create new ones together with the board. On top of that I handle various urgent matters of the association.

Communications correspondent

As the Communication correspondent my job is to inform about the activities of the association. My most important task is to update Konkurssi’s social media channels: Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. I also write Karhukirje (reminder letter) each month. On top of that I am responsible for member recruitment.

Deputy member 1

Arttu Kokko


As a deputy member I do not have a specific area of responsibility on the board. My job is to help other members of the board with their jobs, for instance taking part in stand promotion shifts and organizing events.

Deputy member 2

Nea Tiihonen


My main job on board is to represent IB by bringing forward IB perspective. On top of that I help the members of board and work as the unofficial translator

Deputy member 3

Jessika Huttunen
